b_smart services is a provider of digital hotel reception and professional guest services. We take care of all reception duties for hotels, motels and guesthouses – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our model is based on the experience gained from operating over 20 of our own hotels in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria.
Our services are aimed at three target groups: hoteliers who wish to reduce their fixed costs and focus on the guest experience; investors and property owners who want to run hotels profitably without being hoteliers themselves; and restaurateurs with attached accommodation who wish to outsource hotel operations to a professional provider.
b_smart services operates in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria and Germany. Our head office is located in Gamprin-Bendern, Liechtenstein.
