b_smart services is part of b_smart selection AG, based in Liechtenstein, which was founded in 2014 by Marco Weishaupt and Thomas Plank. The company operates over 20 hotels and motels in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria – its own establishments serve as a testing ground for all its solutions.
Over 10 years of practical experience in the hotel industry. All systems and processes have been developed, tested and optimised within our own 20+ hotels before being offered to external partners.
The team comprises over 50 staff members, including specialists in service centres, revenue management, IT and marketing. Operational management is in the hands of an experienced management team led by CEO Bernhard Zindel.
